You also confirm that you will never involve Quadra Services in any conversation that is between you, your company and the service providers.

14. High-Risk Merchant Account – Warning
You understand that High-Risk Merchants Attract more chargebacks then Low-Risk Merchants. In case you apply to a service provider through us then you must make sure that you do not violate any local and international Laws/Regulations. You also confirm that you will follow all the recommendations and guidelines of various card schemes, echeck processing organizations, and relevant service providers. Quadra Services does not support selling illegal products and services. You must acknowledge that you will never misuse the services of any of the service providers.
You also confirm that you will never misrepresent the business model of yours.
You also confirm that you will never use any incorrect business practices to generate sales and revenue.
You also confirm that the service providers may terminate your accounts and services if you do not follow the terms of agreements.
